CANADA: Shipped via USPS Standard Canadian. Shipping costs are $22.95 plus insurance for all orders. We reserve the right to add shipping charges for orders over 8lbs.

INTERNATIONAL: The shipping charge is $48 plus insurance. We reserve the right to added shipping charges if shipping is more. Please note, we reserve the right not to ship international orders that do not use a paying internet service provider (e-mail that is a free service.) We may require additional information before processing your order, and if the information which we receive is not satisfactory, we reserve the right not to ship the order.



ADDRESS VERIFICATION:Please note we reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on the credit card used. If the customer is unable to verify the correct billing address, name and/or phone number for the billing address we reserve the right not to ship the merchandise or process the order. MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: FREE SHIPPING ON ALL EXCHANGES within 30 days. We pay to ship out the exchange to you if the exchange is made within 30 days after receipt of the goods. We are not responsible for slight variations in teh outfits since these outfits are specially made. However, it is your responsibility to ship the items to us. BASICALLY, YOU JUST NEED TO GET YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN SHIPPED TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVED THE GOODS. Tights and Socks can not be returned for any reason.

After 30 days any returns will be accepted for exchange only. Any exchanges made after 30 days require you to pay the shipping charges. NO EXCHANGES AFTER 60 DAYS.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

To make a return:

• Please ensure that all items are in the original unworn condition, with tags intact. Items without tags will be refused. Shoes returned with markings, address info., etc. on the shoebox will be refused and returned to sender. Please take the same care in packaging your return that was taken in packaging your order. Cutest Kid on the Block IS NOT responsible for any shrinkage of the clothes.

• To ensure proper credit, please enclose a copy of the original packing slip, with the items being returned/exchanged marked on the slip. Returns received without paperwork will delay the processing of your return. For exchanges, please note the size and/or item you wish to exchange for, in addition to the item(s) you are returning.

• Ship your return/exchange using UPS or USPS. (If using FedEx, please DO NOT use priority overnight. If you must return it overnight with FedEx, please use standard overnight.) Insurance and tracking are recommended.

• Please allow up to 30 days for your credit to be processed.
