ALASKA AND HAWAII: $9.95 plus insurance. CANADA: Shipped via USPS Standard Canadian. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $22.00 for all orders. We reserve the right to add shipping charges for orders over 8lbs. Delivery time is generally 6-12 business days. INTERNATIONAL: For orders less than $200, the shipping charge is a flat rate of $38(for orders over $200 the charge is $50). We reserve the right to added shipping charges to the order for shipments over 5 pounds. Please note, we reserve the right not to ship international orders that do not use a paying internet service provider (e-mail that is a free service.) We may require additional information before processing your order, and if the information which we receive is not satisfactory, we reserve the right not to ship the order. ADDRESS VERIFICATION:Please note we reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on the credit card used. We provide this service as a further protection and security for our customers. GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE: For that extra-special touch we offer a gift wrapping service for only $4.50 per gift. MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: We will gladly exchange or refund items. However, we strongly discourage returns that will be received more than 30 days after shipment. However, if you need to return these items, they will be accepted and a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. We also strongly discourage returning items purchased on sale for 50% off or more. However, if you need to return these items, they will be accepted and a 25% restocking fee will be assessed within 30 days after order placement. After 30 days, these items will incur a 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Size exchanges and/or exchanges for other merchandise are permissible within 30 days. You will not incur any additional shipping charges from Cutest Kid on the Block on exchanges. However, it is YOUR responsibility to ship the items to us, and to insure that they arrive at our store. To make a return: • Please ensure that all items are in the original unworn condition, with tags intact. Items without tags will be refused. Shoes returned with markings, address info., etc. on the shoebox will be refused and returned to sender. Please take the same care in packaging your return that was taken in packaging your order. Cutest Kid on the Block IS NOT responsible for any shrinkage of the clothes. • To ensure proper credit, please enclose a copy of the original packing slip, with the items being returned/exchanged marked on the slip. Returns received without paperwork will delay the processing of your return. For exchanges, please note the size and/or item you wish to exchange for, in addition to the item(s) you are returning. • Ship your return/exchange using UPS or USPS.
